When we are young, our idea of happiness is to look much older, usually the thought of being 21 seems to satisfy us. However, as time marches on we begin to think much differently for we see and feel the affects of our lifestyles both internally – in relationship to our health, and externally – in relationship to our appearance. Digestive problems and allergies are responsible for constipation, with digestive problems being the cause of allergies and toxic build up in the colon being the ultimate source of all degenerative diseases.

Let’s look at the opposite problem with many, which is diarrhea. Diarrhea is generally due to the presence of and irritation in the colon. Trying to expel the irritation substance, the body steps up the slow and gentle peristalsis of the colon to a rapid powerful emptying of whatever can be forced out. When this irritating substance is glued to the walls of the colon, it may not be expelled and the result is chronic diarrhea. Chronic diarrhea responds remarkable well to an effective colon cleansing program.
