The cause of pimples is unknown. The process by which a pimple develops is very complicated. Although we know that a pore collapses on itself and blocks sebum (oil) from escaping, we do not fully understand why this process takes place in the sebaceous gland versus another.
The grain sometimes occurs during the surge of hormones (testosterone) during puberty.
Some young people remain in adulthood disrupt or even forties, and others disappear after a few years. There are no parameters that are available indicate that these lesions might disappear.
Others blame the hormones of puberty. During adolescence, hormonal changes, enlarged sebaceous glands and encourage them to produce more oil. This increase in oil is going to generate more skin cells that stick to each other, leading to clogged pores.
In adults it may be that thick, oily makeup you are using that block pores. Stress, and premenstrual also change hormone levels that lead to the same problem. Some medications can cause acne as a side effect.
Aloe vera gel is an excellent cure for acne with its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. It can be used internally to detoxify the digestive tract, helping to cleanse the skin. Vitamins A and vitamin E supplements, or foods rich in these vitamins are good for maintaining healthy skin free of acne.
Zinc, vitamins A, B and E, thyme and tea tree oil are effective weapons against acne. A mixture of honey and cinnamon powder is also very effective in curing acne.
Apply new garlic cloves, crushed grain to remove completely without any scar. Strawberry leaves can be placed in places of grain to reduce swelling.
Cucumber paste can also be used to reduce inflammation and restore skin tone. Sandalwood powder mixed with rose water is very effective for soothing the skin and remove excess fat from it.
Home Remedies for Acne
1. Grind nutmeg (Jaiphal) with unboiled milk and apply on acne for 1-2 hours. This works like magic. Pimples should disappear without a trace.

2. Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder mixed. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeat for two weeks, pimples will disappear forever.
3. Make orange peel paste by grinding in a little water. Apply on and around pimples.
4. Apply fresh mint juice on the face every night for the treatment of pimples, insect stings, eczema, scabies and other skin infections.
5. Apply a paste of fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves on the face every night for 10-15 minutes and washed with warm water. This will prevent pimples, blackheads, and wrinkles.
6. Make a paste of sandalwood with rose water. Apply on affected area. Wash after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
7. Make a paste of neem leaves with turmeric powder. Apply on affected area. Wash after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water. This is a good cure of acne.
8. High vitamin A and iron, barley can be mixed with milk and egg to make masks. Barley that has been boiled, can also be used as an exfoliant excellent for oily skin.
