ECZEMA PLEASE HELPPPPPP!!!?

I HAD eczema on the face, and lemme tell you it is the most irritating burden ever, seriously It stops you from going out when it flairs up etc you feel hideous blah blah blah. Had it since I was 4 but never on the face once i hit 14 it appeared on my face it just progressed up my body im now 16 and after all that time I think I have found the cure . I take the fish oils aswell as vitamin e capsules, which improves it ever so slightly I wouldn’t really bother though as it can be quite expensive. I do use Nivea intensive cream which is AMAZING. it is the most moisturizing cream i’ve ever used (its in the blue plastic casing) there is also another nivea cream which i used to use non stop cant remember what its called now but its a big white jar of nivea with flowers around it anyways that’s really good, but not so good if your skin reacts with perfume. Umm if its really bad try asking the doctor for some steroid cream. Wouldn’t really recommend it though as it does stop the eczema but ages your skin ridiciously. Using nivea has basically made my eczema disappear only flairs up like once every couple of months, & if it does i go in the sun as the rays really clears the skin! Sorry for the huge message
